The Conference is held in parallel with the 11th Swiss Competition of Regional Products, the “Festival Terroir Suisse,” which brings together over 1,000 products from all regions. Its aim is to promote sustainable agri-food development from an economic, ecological, and social perspective. The sustainability of our food systems raises important questions. The theme of collective catering will be addressed during the day.
